Currently, Datepicker issue and Parsing issue is fixed.

My goal is to add Korean locale on jQuery-Timepicker-Addon.

If timeFormat: 'TT hh:mm:ss' is problem,
timeFormat: 'hh:mm' is OK.
AM 12:00 ~ PM 12:00 or 00:00~24:00.
We use both of them. :D
